We will collect your personal data—specifically, your names, email, and institutional affiliation—to process your registration and fulfil our work as the conference organisers, including generating name badges and timetables. If you so choose, your name and institutional affiliation will be publicly shared on the Participant List of the conference website until the website is deleted. We will also use your contact details following the event to send you content relating to the event and to ask you for feedback. You have the right to decline to participate in future surveys and to ask us to stop contacting you.
We will not share your personal data with any other third party.
Your registration information will be retained no more than three months after the conclusion of the event.
The event may be photographed because it is our legitimate interest to do so, and images may be publicly shared on the conference website until the website is deleted. If you do not wish to be included you may opt-out at the time the photos are taken. You may also opt-out after the event by emailing the organisers at capra28@caprameeting.org.
